Dick Scobee Elementary School hosts a Parent and Community Partnership Event from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday to provide families with resources and tools to increase parent involvement and foster the school-home connection.
Parents learn how to support their school-age children during three breakout sessions beginning at 6 p.m. Families receive practical lessons and materials that they can take home and implement immediately, from math and reading skills to children’s activities.
Free dinner will be served from 5:30-6 p.m.
The program runs monthly through the remainder of the school year. All families are welcome.
