A bicyclist was injured in a mid-afternoon collision Monday with a truck on A Street Southeast, south of Safeway.

Witnesses told Auburn Police that the cyclist, described only as a 35-year-old man, had been northbound on A Street Southeast at about 3:40 p.m. when he hit the passenger side of the eastbound truck.

Witnesses told police that the truck had the green light and that the cyclist blew through a red light and hit the vehicle, knocking out a passenger-side window.
