Threats to kill

Auburn police were dispatched on April 25 to a harassment incident in the 3200 Block of M Street Southeast after a receiving report at 8:52 a.m. Police arrested a man on a charge of felony harassment. Armed robbery

Auburn police received a report that at about 12:49 p.m. April 26, there was an armed robbery in the 1400 Block of A Street Southeast. According to the department, a suspect robbed an employee of a business at gunpoint. No injuries resulted from the incident and the suspect fired no shots. According to the department’s public information log, the suspect stole $115 in cash. According to the department, police currently have no suspect information.

Auburn police received report of an assault on April 27 at approximately 2:43 a.m. in the 2100 Block of Auburn Way South. According to the department, a man reportedly punched out the window of his ex-girlfriend’s vehicle. Police have forwarded the case to Auburn city prosecutors for charges.

DUI

Auburn police arrested a man on April 26 for driving under the influence. The incident resulted in damages to multiple vehicles. Police charged the man with a DUI, driving while license suspended in the second degree and operating a vehicle without ignition interlock. Police have forwarded the case to Auburn city prosecutors.

Bank robbery

Auburn police received a report of a bank robbery on April 27 at approximately 10:30 a.m. at the Umpqua Bank near the 1200 Block of Auburn Way North. The department described the suspect as a Black man in his 30s wearing a green reflective vest, black clothing, a dark grey beanie, black sunglasses, and a white dust mask.

Auburn police were dispatched on April 30 after receiving a report at 8:10 a.m. of a threat involving a firearm in the 700 Block of Outlet Collection Drive Southwest. According to the department, a suspect threatened an individual with a firearm at Walmart. Investigation into the incident continues.

Auburn police were dispatched at 4:33 p.m. April 30 to report of a threat with a weapon. According to the department, an incident of attempted robbery in the first degree occurred in the 3400 Block of I Street Northeast.
