Feb. 15
CPR: 9:15 a.m., (South Auburn). Firefighters responded to a report of an infant who had stopped breathing. When they arrived, they quickly evaluated the infant and determined that they could not resuscitate him or her. Auburn police were called to the scene to investigate and a chaplain also was summoned to help comfort the family members.  

Feb. 16
Aid call: 4:35 a.m., (Auburn). Firefighters helped a woman who had swallowed a tooth. Firefighters calmed and assessed the woman, and she decided that she would see her dentist sometime later in the week.

Feb. 17
Aid call: 2 p.m., (Auburn). Valley Com dispatched firefighters and King County Medics to an unconscious man. After they stabilized the man, firefighters drove him to Auburn Regional Medical Center (ARMC) for further care.

Feb. 18
Aid call: 11:30 a.m., (Pacific). Firefighters and King County Medics responded to the Pacific Senior Center for a report of a female with chest pains.  Firefighters evaluated the woman, and King County Medics transported her to St. Francis for further treatment.

Feb. 19
Aid call: 9:20 a.m., (Auburn). Firefighters helped an elderly woman who had fallen and injured her arm. Firefighters assessed the woman’s vital signs, cared for an arm wound, and left her in the care of her family.

Feb. 20
Aid call: 12:59 a.m., (Algona). Firefighters were called to the scene of a bar fight. Firefighters treated and bandaged a young male with a cut to his head. The patient was released and advised to seek further medical treatment for the wound.
