Oct. 25

Accident: 9:30 a.m., (Auburn). Firefighters helped a man complaining of chest pain after a car accident. Firefighters evaluated the man before putting him on a back board so a private ambulance could drive him to Auburn Regional Medical Center.

Oct. 26

Aid call: 7:38 p.m., (Pacific). Firefighters responding to a woman complaining of chest pains after wrapping up an intense work-out class determined that the pain was possibly cardiac related. After firefighters examined the woman, King County Medics transported her to ARMC for further evaluation and treatment.

Oct. 27

Aid call: 12:08 p.m., (Auburn). Firefighters responding to a young boy suffering a respiratory problem administered a breathing treatment and advised his dad to take him to his regular doctor.

Oct. 28

Aid call: 5:52 p.m., (Lea Hill). Firefighters and King County Medics responded to reports of an unconscious and unresponsive man. Firefighters and King County Medics arrived and began aggressive treatment but couldn’t revive the man.

Oct. 29

Aid call: 12:53 p.m., (Auburn). Firefighters responded to Ilalko Elementary School to help a young boy who had sustained a head injury after falling off a playground toy. The boy suffered a minor injury, and firefighters sent him home with his mother.

Oct. 30

Car accident:6:39 p.m., (Pacific). Firefighters responding to a one-car accident at Ellingson Road and West Valley Highway in Pacific joined King County Medics in treating a middle-aged man suffering from an unknown medical condition. Medics transported him to ARMC.

Oct. 31

Aid call: 12:22 p.m., (Algona). Firefighters helped a patient who had suffered a seizure then a private ambulance drove him or her to Valley Medical Center.
