May 16

Shoplifting: 7:18 p.m., 2236 Auburn Way N. Police arrested two men and one woman after they stole a leaf blower from one pawn shop, then trotted down the street four blocks to another pawn shop and tried to pawn that very same leaf blower mere minutes later.

Robbery: 3:40 p.m., 12400 block of Southeast 320th Street. Six unknown males assaulted a man and stole his phone.

May 17

Burglary: 9 a.m., 3204 Auburn Way N. Somebody slithered into a commercial office building through a rear window and stole computer office equipment. Police did not disclose the value of the missing items.

Theft: 11:45 a.m., 12401 SE 320th St. A student of Green River Community College reported that an unknown person broke into his or her gym locker and stole several items.

Assault: 11 p.m., 500 block of M Street Southeast. Police arrested a male for kicking his girlfriend in the stomach, injuring her spleen.

May 18

Controlled substance: 11:38 p.m., 2402 Auburn Way S. Somebody found a small black purse in the player’s club area of the Muckleshoot Casino containing suspected methamphetamines and an unknown prescription.

Trespassing: 2:40 p.m., 1020 A St. SE. A man made such a nuisance of himself at Tax Alternatives that the owners told him to get out and not come back for five years.

Escape: 2:55 p.m., 340 E. Main St. A judge ordered a man detained during a pre-trial hearing at the Municipal Court after he fled on foot from the the court room to avoid arrest.

Theft: 3:17 p.m., 120 block of O Street Northeast. Subjects unknown stole several lights from somebody’s yard. Police did not give a value for the missing lights.

Theft: 2:50 p.m., 1301 Auburn Way N. Somebody entered the back door of a rental facility and took a $2,300 high-definition television.

Vandalism: 6:20 p.m., 1400 block of G Street Southeast. A discussion between a mother and son got out of hand, and the son took out his anger on the house and family vehicle.

Theft: 11:55 p.m., 1347 Auburn Way N. Police arrested two boys and a woman for stealing two 30 packs of beer from a local grocery store.

May 19

Vandalism: 12:38 a.m., 12 B St. NE. Persons unknown painted graffiti on the side of the White River Garden Apartments.

Vandalism: 2:09 a.m., 31400 block of 115th Place Southeast. Police arrested a man for malicious mischief after he broke a number of his wife’s wine glasses. Police did not offer an estimate of damages.
